Frédéric Maeyens

Frédéric Maeyens is currently a Senior Risk Manager in the Insurance Risk Team of the KBC Group Risk Management Department, where they focus on ESG risk management implementation and stress testing. With over 12 years of experience in the financial industry, they have previously held positions such as Senior Risk Manager and Risk Manager at KBC Securities, where they implemented robust risk management frameworks and reported to various executive committees. Frédéric began their career as an intern at Euroclear while completing their master's dissertation and has held roles as a Risk Advisor at KBC Bank within the Merchant Banking Division. They are pursuing two master's degrees in Economics and Banking and Finance at Ghent University.
