Geert Nijs

Geert Nijs has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Process Manager. Prior roles include a voluntary Researcher at the University of Antwerp, exploring the impact of social technology on team learning, and serving as an enthusiastic board member at VOV Lerend Netwerk, where networking and best practices in training are fostered. Nijs has also held various positions within the KBC Group, including Learning Architect, Business Analyst, and Business Process Manager, focusing on lifelong learning, team dynamics, and business processes. A former freelance professional photographer, Nijs holds a Master’s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering and a Master na master in Information Technology from KU Leuven.
