Hilde Maes

Hilde Maes currently serves as the General Manager of Work Life Support at KBC Bank & Verzekering, a position held since January 2011, where responsibilities include oversight of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Internal Job Center, and HR Analytics/Reporting, with a focus on transitioning HR BPA roles to more strategic functions. Additionally, Hilde is the founder of Diversity Rocks and has held various HR leadership positions within KBC, including HR-director for Workforce of the Future Management, Relationship Management, and Compensation Policy and Administration. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and Head of Personnel Advice in Flanders. Hilde's educational background includes a Master in Business Economics from Rijksuniversiteit Gent and a Business Analytics for Leaders degree from the Emeritus Institute of Management.
