Hugo Pole

Hugo Pole currently serves as the Team Leader for Client Advice at ADD, de verzekeringsarchitecten, since December 2023. With a robust career in the banking and insurance sectors, Hugo has held multiple positions at KBC Bank & Verzekering, including Head of Internal Operations for Agent Support and Partnership Manager from February 2016 to the present, and previously worked as a Process Manager at KBC Verzekeringen since February 2008. Hugo's extensive experience also includes serving as a Claims Expert at KBC Bank & Verzekering from May 1996 to February 2008 and as a Policy Manager for Fire Insurance at AVM from December 1991 to May 1996. Academically, Hugo holds a Master's degree in Handelswetenschappen from KU Leuven, completed between 2017 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Verzekeringen from Katholieke Hogeschool Limburg, studied from 1988 to 1990.
