Ivo Schrooten

Ivo Schrooten is the Head of Policy Staff for Retail & Private Banking at KBC Bank, where they previously held the position of Senior Policy Expert in Retail Distribution from 2006 to 2011 and Head of Policy Staff Retail from 2011. With extensive experience in sales and service performance management, strategic planning, and business intelligence, Ivo has contributed to the transformation of financial services to better meet customer needs. Ivo also has a background in human resources and credit management, having held various roles across these departments earlier in their career. They hold a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and have pursued postgraduate studies in Cooperative Management and Business Administration at KU Leuven.
