Jan Mennens

Jan Mennens has extensive experience in various leadership roles at KBC Bank & Verzekering since September 2010, currently serving as a Release Train Engineer and SAFe team leader, supporting the SAFe transformation and knowledge management initiatives. Previously, Jan held positions such as Project Management Community Manager, Corporate Change and Culture Officer, and Lean Coach, focusing on organizational development and cultural change within KBC. Jan's earlier career includes roles at KBC Group and KBC ICT, where responsibilities encompassed business architecture, program management, and process management. Jan began professional endeavors as a team leader at CERA Bank and as a consultant at Interleaf Benelux, with foundational experience as an assistant in the Electrotechnics department at K.U.Leuven. Jan holds degrees in Civil Engineering and a PhD in Applied Sciences from KU Leuven.
