Jens Maes

Jens Maes is currently the Senior M&A Group Legal Counsel at KBC Group, where they provide expert legal guidance in mergers and acquisitions. Jens previously held senior associate positions focused on corporate law and M&A at Moore Belgium and Mazars, and worked as a litigation and business lawyer at Lexcom Advocaten Gent and Mahla Advocaten en Bemiddelaars. Jens earned a Bachelor in Law from Universiteit Gent, followed by a Master in Laws from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and multiple postgraduate degrees. They are also pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance at KU Leuven.
