Johan Maertens

Johan Maertens has extensive experience in the banking and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Directeur KBC Verzekeringen at KBC Bank & Verzekering since June 2019, where responsibilities include board positions in several subsidiaries and serving as the executive director of the Agentuur voor Brand-Herverzekering. Prior to this role, Johan was the Managing Director for all retail activities in Western-Flanders, overseeing bank branches, insurance agents, and advisory centers. His previous positions at KBC include Managing Director for Eastern Flanders, managing a significant retail banking and insurance network, and Regional Manager for Zuid-Vlaanderen, responsible for multiple bank offices and insurance agencies.
