Karolien Leysen is involved in various roles at KBC Bank & Verzekering, leading sustainability initiatives, process mining transformation through AI and RPA, and optimizing end-to-end processes. Karolien also serves as a Business Integrator for big data and AI projects in different segments. Karolien holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics and has additional qualifications in finance and financial planning.
