Ludwig Van Roy has extensive experience in IT and outsourcing management, currently serving in the IT Vendor Management Office at KBC Global Services since February 2024. With a career at KBC Bank & Verzekering that began in September 2002, Ludwig has held multiple key positions, including IT Outsourcing Officer for Smartsourcing and Policy Expert in IT Outsourcing Contract Management. Additionally, Ludwig has led the JAVA, .NET, web, and mobile security Competence Centers and managed the .NET software development Factory. Notably, Ludwig has also functioned as a Program Manager for the implementation of the new iMX factoring system at KBC Commercial Finance. Academically, Ludwig holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from Ehsal and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from IHB.
