Patsy Landsheere

Patsy Landsheere has extensive experience at KBC Bank & Verzekering since February 1990, holding various key roles such as HR Business Partner, Department Head of Finance and Administration, and Senior Organisation Adviser, focusing on Operational Excellence and business process improvement. Significant contributions were made as Project Manager for Cards and Head of Product Management Cards, leading product and application management for debit, credit, and prepaid cards while actively participating in interbanking marketing committees. Landsheere previously served as Segment Manager for youth and elderly markets and held positions at KBC Group NV, overseeing a team of Organisation Advisers. Educational achievements include postgraduate degrees in Marketing Management and Media and Information Knowledge from KU Leuven and a Master’s in Classical Studies.
