Sara Follet is the Head Competence Center Privacy at KBC, where they focus on privacy and data protection. Previously, they served as a privacy legal counsel at Proximus from 2022 to 2024 and held the position of beleidsadviseur privacy at KBC Bank & Verzekering from 2024 to 2025. Sara also worked as a privacy and data protection consultant at CRANIUM between 2017 and 2019 and has extensive experience in developing solutions for GDPR compliance and information security. They earned a Master’s Degree in Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in IP and ICT-law from the University of Leuven.
