Wim Ost

Wim Ost is currently the Department Head of Group Cyber & IT Risk at KBC Bank & Verzekering since 2022. They have held various roles within the same organization, including Department Head of Information Technology and Chief Architect, managing technology architecture and security operations. Prior to their extensive experience in IT and cyber risk, Wim served as a Programming Analyst at Boels & Bégault and completed military service with the Belgian Army. They hold a Master of Applied Information Technology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a degree in Industrial Engineering in Electronics from KU Leuven.
