Wouter Vanempten

Wouter Vanempten has extensive experience in both the sports and finance sectors. Since June 2020, Wouter has served as an assistant coach and youth soccer trainer for KVC Westerlo, overseeing various youth teams. Concurrently, Wouter has worked at KBC Bank & Verzekering since July 2001, currently holding the position of Product Owner responsible for IT management information products. Prior roles at KBC include Policy Advisor, Project Leader, Business Owner, System Engineer, and Analyst/Technical Designer, with significant achievements in financial management and project implementation. Wouter's background also includes experience as a youth soccer trainer at KOSC Wijgmaal and teaching operating systems at ace groep T. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in economics, accountancy, and finance from Hasselt University and a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
