Darin Pretti, CPA, currently serves as a Partner at KBF CPAs, a position held since January 2018, specializing in advising public and pre-IPO companies on income tax accounting and compliance while nurturing future tax professionals with an emphasis on complex ASC 740 issues and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to this role, Darin Pretti worked as a Senior Tax Manager at both KBF CPAs and KS&Co from June 2007 to December 2017, delivering comprehensive tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse array of clients including privately held and publicly traded companies. Educationally, Darin Pretti holds a Master's degree in Accounting with a focus on Taxation from Washington State University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Chapman University.
