Brain complications during and after surgery cost the U.S. an estimated $82 billion a year. Existing monitors haven't solved it, in part because they generate no billable revenue for the provider. Adoption has stayed below 20% for decades.

KBO changes that.

We combine multi-region EEG, auditory evoked potentials, and proprietary machine learning to monitor the brain across the full surgical journey:

— Pre-op: cognitive vulnerability screening before anesthesia
— Intra-op: real-time, drug-aware depth monitoring
— Post-op: delirium detection and brain recovery tracking

Our outputs are designed to align with existing CPT reimbursement codes,  shifting brain monitoring from absorbed cost toward a revenue-generating workflow.
