Adam Kramer

Adam Kramer currently serves as the Vice President and Corporate Sustainability Officer at KBR, Inc., a position held since April 2006. In this role, Adam is responsible for corporate governance, executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, securities filings, shareholder outreach, and employee benefits, along with sustainability reporting. Prior to KBR, Adam worked as an attorney at Vinson & Elkins, focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits, and served as a research assistant to a constitutional law professor at the University of Texas School of Law. Additionally, Adam has experience as a psychiatric technician at Memorial Spring Shadows Glen Psychiatric Hospital. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law, a JD from Queen Mary University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
