Alan Dodd

Alan Dodd is a Principal Software Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles, currently contributing to KBR, Inc. since October 2020, leading the Photogrammetry Group and developing unmanned aircraft system software that generates digital surface models using C++ and C#. Prior to this, Alan held positions at Centauri, where significant contributions included rewriting a modeling and simulation analysis tool, and at Integrity Applications Incorporated, where leadership in a team resulted in a prototype for an infectious disease risk assessment framework in Python. Additional software engineering experience includes work at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, focusing on imagery and signals models for national wargaming simulations, and prior military service as a Naval Officer in the US Navy. Alan Dodd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.
