Austin Bernstein

Austin Bernstein serves as the Talent Development Lead at KBR, Inc., where responsibilities include designing and delivering leadership training for Marine Forces Special Operations Command, conducting weekly performance reviews, and facilitating monthly onboarding curricula. Previously, as the Talent Development Director for the US Army's Combat Paramedic Program, Austin organized career development workshops, authored a performance assessment measure for Combat Medics, and mentored a team of Talent Developers. Other roles included serving as a Performance Consultant and Master Resilience Trainer for US Army Special Operations Forces, where Austin focused on leadership development and mental resilience. Austin’s educational background includes a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
