Ben Kelly

Ben Kelly is a Senior Director of Sustainment & Integration at KBR Australia, where they currently lead a portfolio of Defence programs in multiple domains. With over twenty years of experience in Defence and private business, they previously served as a Cavalry Officer in the Australian Army for sixteen years and have held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Thales Australia and Program Manager at Raytheon Australia. Ben completed a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Defence Capability Development and Acquisition at UNSW, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics. Their extensive international and domestic leadership experience underpins their success in challenging and complex programs.
