Brian Barker is a Senior Manager in the Armament, Acquisition and Research Support Group at KBR, where they leverage over 25 years of experience in defense systems program management and operations. Previously, Brian served as a Chief in various capacities within the United States Air Force, where they led large teams and managed significant defense acquisition programs worth billions. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, graduating as a Distinguished Graduate. Brian is recognized as a Program Management Subject Matter Expert, specializing in improving processes and delivering value-added solutions in high-stakes environments.
