Caleb Ballard is a Systems Test Engineer at KBR, Inc., with experience collaborating with NASA and international partners to capture system requirements and develop comprehensive test plans for various Mission Control Center Systems (MCCS). Responsibilities include executing detailed test procedures for Gateway, the International Space Station (ISS), Starliner, and Orion, as well as conducting regression testing for risk evaluation and supportability. Previously, as an Engineer I - NASA Flight Controller, Caleb Ballard developed proficiency in various system architectures for the ISS, created front-end displays for Mission Control, and contributed to team efforts in updating onboard memory maps. In addition, a research assistant role at the UH ECE Department involved studying the temperature durability of medical implants, leading to the development of a research article. Caleb Ballard is pursuing a Master of Science in Software Engineering at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, building on a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston.
