Cecily Sullivan

Cecily Sullivan is an accomplished professional in business development and forensic science with extensive experience spanning multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as a Capture Executive at KBR, Inc. since July 2024 and as Senior Director of Business Development and Capture at Akima since June 2023, Cecily has previously held significant positions such as Chief Growth Officer at SNA International and Director of Business Development at PAE. Earlier career highlights include roles at A-T Solutions, MRIGlobal, Signature Science, LLC, the Austin Police Department, Texas DPS Austin Crime Lab, and Los Alamos National Laboratory. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Forensic Criminalistics from The University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from New Mexico State University.
