Charles Robison is a Remote Sensing Scientist at KBR, Inc. since October 2018, providing support to the TSSC in the science division. In addition, Charles has been actively involved as a GIS Division Committee Volunteer for the American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, serving as co-chair of Geobyte, reviewing abstracts for conferences, and moderating technical sessions. Prior experience includes working as a Data Analyst at Nancy Cavey Law, where strategies for online marketing and database management were implemented, and as a GIS Director Intern at Watauga Planning & Inspections and Economic Development, focusing on spatial analysis and economic development. Charles also contributed to the Solar Decathlon Europe 2014 project, designing a solar-powered home showcased in Paris, and managed operations at New York Pizza for over a decade, enhancing sales and training a diverse workforce. Education includes a Master of Arts in Geographic Information Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Renewable Energy, both from Appalachian State University.
