David Huang is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in fire safety, fire protection, and mechanical engineering, holding key positions in organizations such as Level Crossing Removal Project - NWPA, KBR, Inc., and Olsson Fire & Risk. Currently serving as Building Services Lead at Level Crossing Removal Project since November 2018, David has a strong background in performance-based fire safety engineering design, fire safety assessments, mechanical systems, and construction supervision. With a Master's degree in Fire Safety Engineering from Western Sydney University and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, David has consistently demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive fire protection systems, building management, and energy modeling across various high-profile projects since starting a career in 1998.
