Declan Curry

Declan Curry is the Contamination Engineering and Thermal Coatings Group Lead in the KBR Space Engineering Division at KBR, Inc. Since 2018, they have led contamination engineering initiatives, building on their extensive experience that includes previous roles at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies and Swales Online Academy. Declan's engineering background began with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, followed by a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on spacecraft from Utah State University. Prior to their leadership roles, they worked as a Materials and Process Engineer at Boeing from 1997 to 2001.
