Dwayne Haley

Dwayne Haley is an experienced Scaffold Builder currently employed at Austin Industrial, Inc., working on a project at Bayer since February 2014, where responsibilities include leading crews to construct scaffolding around atmospheric vessels, tanks, and pipe-racks. Prior experience includes scaffold building during turnaround projects at Huntsman Performance Products Plant and Flinthill Chemical Plant, where work involved high elevations and challenging weather conditions. Dwayne started as a Correctional Officer III and has also served as a Manufacturing Technology Instructor and Production Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in both industrial engineering and hands-on management. Dwayne holds multiple degrees in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Lamar University and Prairie View A&M University.
