Dwayne M. currently serves as a Biomedical Engineering Flight Controller (BME) and CLDP Integrator at KBR, Inc., a position held since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a System Engineer at METECS and Systems Security Engineer at MITRE, alongside a tenure at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) as a System Safety Engineer and Chemical Engineering Researcher. Dwayne's academic background features a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, complemented by research experiences at Texas A&M University and UCLA. In addition to engineering roles, Dwayne has made significant contributions to the National Society of Black Engineers, including serving as Treasurer of the National Convention Planning Committee and Regional Finance Chair.
