Elspeth Marsh has extensive experience in consulting, particularly in performance and learning and development, with a career at Kellogg Brown & Root (UK) as a TD Performance Consultant since October 1997. Previously, Elspeth worked at Frazer-Nash Electronics and Frazer-Nash from 1985 to 2000 in various roles. Elspeth’s educational background includes a BSc(Hons) in Psychology from The Open University, completed between 2004 and 2009, and a postgraduate degree in Personnel and Development from Kingston University.
