Faruk Softic

Faruk Softic is an experienced Airport Firefighter and Driver Operator with a comprehensive background in fire and rescue operations spanning over two decades. Since August 2015, Faruk has been with Sallyport Global Services, performing critical duties including structural firefighting, driver operation of airport rescue fire fighting vehicles, and emergency management for Iraqi Air Force resources. Previously, Faruk worked with KBR, Inc. in various roles since 1999, where responsibilities included fire suppression, emergency evacuations, and equipment maintenance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Firefighter with Tuzla Volunteer Firefighter, with a focus on training and crew management. Faruk’s educational background includes a diploma in Radio and Television Technician and a degree as a Professional Motor Vehicle Driver.
