Fred Bicker

Fred Bicker is currently the Industry Lead for Maritime at KBR, Inc., where they lead the growth of the Ports business in Western Australia and beyond. They previously held various roles, including Manager of Civil and Marine Infrastructure at KBR, where they focused on business development and project execution. With a background as Lead Program Manager at the Port of Melbourne and Project Manager at WorleyParsons, Fred has significant experience in marine projects and infrastructure engineering. Fred earned a BSc in Civil Engineering, specializing in Hydraulic and Civil Engineering, from Technical College in Amsterdam.
