Gary Mathis

Gary Mathis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in acquisition and procurement, particularly in the national defense sector. Currently serving as a Senior Acquisition Analyst - Program Integrator at KBR, Inc. since September 2019, Gary has held several notable positions, including Executive Director of the Alliance for Opportunity and Development since January 2012, a non-profit focused on education and training for low-income families. Prior roles include Senior Acquisition Analyst at BCF Solutions and Quantech Services, as well as a tenure at Intrepid L.L.C. and Dynetics, Inc. Gary’s career began in the United States Air Force, where multiple contracting and acquisition assignments were completed over 23 years. In terms of education, Gary holds a Master's in Systems Management from the College of Notre Dame, along with degrees from the University of South Florida, Community College of the Air Force, and Saint Leo College, supplemented by certification courses from the Defense Acquisition University.
