Geri Lyle

Geri Lyle is an experienced program manager and safety professional with extensive expertise in managing complex projects and implementing safety programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the OMES III Deputy Program Manager at KBR, Inc., Geri previously held multiple key roles at SAIC, including OMES II Deputy Program Manager and JPSS Project Lead, overseeing significant contract budgets and teams. Prior experiences include serving as Corporate Safety Officer at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies, where Geri achieved OSHA VPP Star certification and developed a corporate safety management system for over 2,000 employees. Geri's background spans safety engineering roles at QinetiQ North America, ASRC Aerospace, and Boston Whaler, supported by a strong academic foundation with a Master’s in Quality Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University.
