Ilyas Syed

Ilyas Syed is a Software Engineer Lead at KBR, Inc., where they have been leading a team in the development of security software for the Next Generation Mission Control Center (MCC21) project since 1998. Their role involves strategic planning, software architecture design, and team management, ensuring the successful integration of security features within the project. Prior to this, Ilyas worked at Raytheon as a Software Developer, where they contributed to database applications and supported mission planning software. They earned a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston.
