Ivette Malave

Ivette Malave is a dedicated space enthusiast currently serving as the Artemis EVA Exploration Project Manager and Crew Instructor at KBR, Inc., where they manage EVA exploration planning and execution. Ivette has experience in various roles, including Mechanical Engineer for xEMU Space Suit Design at Oceaneering and Cross-Program Integration Engineer for NASA JSC Flight Operations Directorate, focusing on lunar and Mars missions. They previously held positions as a MEMS Biochip Researcher at NJIT and Co-Lead for a Flying Car Design Concept Project at NASA Glenn Research Center. Ivette pursues a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology and has earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, currently studying at New Jersey Institute of Technology.
