Jake Erickson is a Program Manager with a decade of experience in military and corporate settings, where they excel in leading teams to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges. Their career began as an Offensive Cyberwarfare Officer in the U.S. Air Force, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration. Transitioning to the Air Force's Cyber Protection Teams, they led initiatives that shifted focus from compliance to proactive threat engagement. In addition to a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, they earned a master's degree in Political Science from Liberty University. Currently, they are pursuing an MBA at The Ohio State University, focusing on operations management and profitability, aiming to cultivate cultures of innovation within their teams.
