Jay Thornton

Jay Thornton is a Senior Program Manager at KBR, Inc., responsible for overseeing multiple projects supporting AFCAP missions in various countries, as well as providing contractor support for the APS-3 program and the Army Field Sustainment Battalion in South Carolina. With extensive experience in program management, Jay has previously held positions such as Deputy Program Manager at KBRwyle, Distribution Center Manager at Fluor Corporation, and Director of Supply Chain at JW Aluminum. Jay has a strong background in supply chain operations, having served as a Supply Chain Officer in the U.S. Army for over 26 years. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Computers and Information Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Georgia.
