Jaye Tucker

Jaye Tucker serves as the Head of Program Management Australasia at Babcock Australia & New Zealand, leading a programmatic community of approximately 300 full-time employees. With over a decade of experience in defence operational environments, Jaye has consistently delivered customer outcomes while driving process improvements and fostering a culture of safety and collaboration. Previously, Jaye held several roles at Babcock International Group, including Senior Business Effectiveness and Efficiency Manager, where they supported the Defence Business in meeting strategic priorities. Jaye earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, demonstrating strong academic credentials to complement their extensive professional expertise.
