Jeff Blackman

Jeff Blackman is a Principal Systems Engineer at KBR, Inc., with over 30 years of experience in supporting national customers in space system acquisition and activation. They hold a PMP certification and a master's degree in business administration, along with a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering. Previously, Jeff served as a Systems Engineer in the United States Air Force for 20 years and held positions at Centauri and Integrity Applications Incorporated, providing systems engineering support to various space and ground system acquisitions. In their current role, Jeff is dedicated to delivering high-quality systems engineering technical advisory services to the National Reconnaissance Office and other space-related agencies.
