John Hogan

John Hogan is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in criminal investigations and operations within the Department of the Navy. Currently serving as a Program Manager at both KBR, Inc. and Centauri since May 2018, Hogan supports the DoD Counter-Insider Threat Enterprise Program Management Office and collaborates with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSD(I)). Previously, Hogan held several leadership positions at the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) from 2002 to 2018, culminating in the role of Executive Assistant Director for Criminal Investigations, where responsibilities included overseeing international investigative operations and managing human resources for an agency of 1,900 personnel. Hogan's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Policy Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Bowling Green State University, complemented by attendance at the FBI LEEDS program.
