Jon McDonald

Jon McDonald is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in propulsion and systems analysis. Currently employed at KBR, Inc. since March 2020 as a Subject Matter Expert in Cryogenics and Nuclear Thermal Propulsion, Jon has previously held roles as Program Manager at Systems Engineering Group and Lead Aerothermal Engineer for Project Phoenix at Integration Innovation, Inc. With a strong foundation in both government and private sectors, Jon has contributed to significant projects, including the development of hypersonic wind tunnels and nuclear thermal rocket engines. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
