Marvin Hall

Marvin Hall has extensive experience in fuels management and logistics, highlighted by service in the United States Marine Corps as SGT E-5 from June 1978 to June 1982. Hall's career includes significant roles at KBR, Inc. from June 2013 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing bulk petroleum support operations for U.S. and allied forces, managing teams of refuelers and technicians, and ensuring the proper maintenance of fuel systems. Prior to this, Hall worked as a Transportation Foreman, directing logistics and operations in Djibouti, Africa. Hall also served as Fuels Foreman at PAE from October 2010 to June 2013, where management of aircraft and ground refueling operations was paramount. Educational credentials include a BSM-E in Fuels Manager Defense Training from Goggins International and a high school diploma from Mansfield High.
