Matt Batman is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in complex, regulated sectors including maritime, oil and gas, and infrastructure. Currently serving as the Industry Lead for Maritime at KBR, they focus on fostering key client relationships and advancing maritime infrastructure initiatives. Previously, they held roles such as Director of Major Projects at School Infrastructure NSW and Senior Asset & Development Manager at the Port Authority of New South Wales. Matt has a track record of successfully driving large-scale planning projects while mentoring high-performing teams, and is committed to empowering others and delivering sustainable outcomes. They hold degrees in civil and structural engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and continue their education at the University of Gothenburg.
