Mike Bartone

Mike Bartone is a high-performance problem solver specializing in concept development, R&D, and technology innovation. With extensive experience at the Central Intelligence Agency and other leading organizations, they managed critical projects addressing national security challenges and led teams in developing unconventional systems. Mike currently serves as a Sr. Technical Advisor and Subject Matter Expert at KBR, Inc., while previously holding several leadership positions at the CIA, including Program Manager and Director roles. They earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MS in Human Resource Management Systems from Chapman University.
