Mike Peoples

Mike "Woody" Peoples is a former Navy Captain (O-6) with extensive executive leadership experience, having led multiple high-performing technical organizations and exceeded their goals. With a strong background in safety and risk management, they successfully executed over 200 high-risk test projects and achieved a mishap-free execution record. Currently, they support the FA-18 and EA-18G Program at KBR, continuing their commitment to excellence in defense and aviation. An accomplished public speaker and skilled briefer, Peoples has also developed professional training programs that significantly improved personnel retention and advancement rates. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Aeronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
