Mike Rathbone

Mike Rathbone is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the civil and structural engineering sectors, particularly in transport infrastructure. Currently serving as a Technical Advisor for Structures at KBR, Inc. since January 2022, Mike previously held leadership roles at Pritchard Francis as Principal and Project Director, focusing on team and business development in transport. Prior experience includes management positions at Jacobs, Sinclair Knight Merz, and Kellogg Brown & Root, where responsibilities encompassed resource planning, project delivery, and team leadership across various engineering disciplines. Mike's career also includes foundational roles in reinforcement scheduling and design, complemented by a Bachelor's degree with honors in Civil (Structural) Engineering from The University of Western Australia.
