Nancy Bansbach

Nancy Bansbach currently serves as the ISS Medical Operations Training Lead at Johnson Space Center, where responsibilities include leading a team of Medical Operations Instructors to train Biomedical Flight Controllers and Flight Surgeons for International Space Station operations. Prior to this role, Nancy worked at KBR, Inc. as a Biomedical Flight Controller, holding several key positions including Increment 71 BME Lead and Technical Liaison for increments 69 and 70. Nancy's earlier experience includes serving as a Master Student and Academic Advisor at the University of Rochester, coaching the U16 Empire Field Hockey Club, and working as a Research Assistant in the White Lab at Strong Hospital. Nancy holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
