Nelson Tomas

Nelson Tomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and operations management, primarily at KBR, Inc., where positions have included Program Director, Director of Operations - Power, and Manager of Project Controls and Risk Management since June 2008. Prior experience includes serving as the N.E. Regional Controls Manager at The Shaw Group from May 2001 to June 2008 and as Project Controls Manager at KBR from June 1991 to June 2000. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, both obtained from the University of Florida between 1983 and 1991.
