Patrick Swann is a Director of PBL Programs with several years of experience in a multi-million dollar Program Management and supply chain environment. Previously, they served in the United States Air Force from 1977 to 1997 and worked at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager for Military Aviation Repair programs until 2016. Since then, Patrick has been leading US Military Performance Based Logistics Programs at KBR Government Solutions. They hold a Master’s degree in Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
