Paul Auclair is an experienced Operations Research Subject Matter Expert and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong background in driving financial and strategic improvements. Their career includes roles as an ICBM Accuracy Analyst in the United States Air Force, where they analyzed test data and influenced weapon system strategy, and as a Director of Process Architecture at Reed Elsevier Technology Services, where they implemented global best practices in process improvement. Currently, Paul serves as Operations Research Subject Matter Expert at KBR, Inc., and continues to contribute to the field through their role as a Treasurer and Board Member at GIVINGBACKLIFE, which supports marginalized communities in China.
